Eckstein Design + Partner, a leading specialist for industrial design and innovation consulting, has been awarded the BSFZ Research Seal R 2025 by the Federal Ministry for Research, via the Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage (BSFZ). The coveted seal is awarded exclusively to companies that can demonstrate systematic research and development in accordance with the Research Allowance Act – and is regarded as official recognition of excellent R competence in product development.

The pioneering development work on the NECCST Coffee Grinder Series 1 was particularly recognized, with Eckstein Design conceiving a technologically novel grinding and adjustment unit.
